Chris Brown might be in serious trouble as reports have surfaced that the R&B singer and two other people are in custody in Paris after a woman filed a rape complaint.

According to police officials, Brown and two other people, one said to be Brown’s bodyguard, were arrested after a 24-year-old woman alleged she was raped at Brown’s hotel suite on the night of January 15. The woman is said to have followed the singer to his hotel room where the incident allegedly occurred.

Brown was detained on Monday (Jan 21) and is currently still in custody while police study the complaint. Brown has faced legal trouble in the past. He pleaded guilty to the felony assault in 2009 of his then-girlfriend, Rihanna. He completed his probation in that case in 2015.

We will keep you posted as the story develops.
