It’s been 28 years since Will Smith first appeared on the Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air.

Fans of the show have been desperate for the 90s classic to make a comeback and, after Will met up with some of his old cast mates for lunch last year, had hoped there could finally be a reunion on the cards.

While nothing came from the meeting, according to new reports from TMZ, the prospect of a reboot seems very likely. Albeit with a twist.

According to TMZ, the company who own the rights to The Fresh Prince brans have been filing trademarks for ‘Fresh Princess’ for everything from a TV show to backpacks, clothing and more.

The site also stated that the company have been recently looking at trademarks for new Fresh Prince toys, so it looks like they are really pursuing a comeback for the franchise.

No word if Will Smith or any other members of the original cast will be on board. Would you watch a Fresh Prince reboot with a female lead?
