A Girl's Trip sequel is officially happening! The 2017 box office hit starring Regina Hall, Tiffany Haddish, Jada Pinkett Smith and Queen Latifah will be back for a second installment sooner than fans expected. Regina Hall cofirmed the upcoming production during an interview, saying: 

"We're trying to make [a sequel] happen. So we're trying to get everything together with the schedule. I think they're working on something. I don't know where we're going. I don't know where the girls are going, but... we're going somewhere." 

Girl's Trip was an instant hit and grossed over $140 million worldwide. It was also the first time a film by a black female screenwriter crossed the $100 million mark. No word on an official release date but we're excited nonetheless.
