However, Diddy is not far behind, with an equally impressive $825 million and Dr. Dre comes in third with $770 million. Drake and Eminem also rank high on the list, both bringing in an estimated $100 million in the past year. Wow!

What’s behind the bump in Jay-Z’s net worth, which increased from $810 million to $900 million over the last year? According to Forbes, Jay’s stake in Armand de Brignac champagne and D’Usse cognac have steadily risen in value, in addition to him owning Tidal and Roc Nation.
