Following weeks of anticipation, including social media teasers from his wife Kim Kardashian, Kanye West is finally ready to unleash his long-awaited album, Jesus Is King. The rapper has confirmed that his 9th solo studio album will arrive later this month… September 27th to be exact.
“Jesus Is King is out September 27th, so let’s continue this…” West can be heard saying during his appearance in Batesville, Indiana, to which the crowd responded with a loud cheer.
The project’s title and his Sunday Service series heavily hint that West will once again turn to gospel as an inspiration. From the track list shared by Kim Kardashian, fans can expect the tracks “God Is,” “Baptized,” “Sunday,” and “Sweet Jesus.”
