UPDATE (1/6/2018 14:00:00): Kanye West's new album, 'Ye', is now available on all streaming platforms.
After dropping numerous teasers online, Kanye West has made good on his promise to release his new album on June 1, holding a listening session in Jackson Hole, Wyoming last night (May 31). Reportedly titled 'Ye', Kanye premiered his forthcoming LP to a star--studded crowd, which included the likes of Nas, Chris Rock, Jonah Hill, as well as wife Kim Kardashian. Similar to the release of his 2016 LP The Life Of Pablo, Kanye live-streamed the listening party to the public worldwide through the WAV app.
While the record has yet to hit any major music streaming services, we did get a lot of highlights from the event on social media. The digital album will be delivered via email upon global release on June 1, Pitchfork reports. Re-live the livestream via Twitch (YE starts around 2:36:52) and check out highlights below.
