It's fair to say that R. Kelly has faced some serious struggles and allegations in his music career.

The legendary musician was accused last July of running an “abusive and controlling cult” of young women, while earlier this year he was also accused of grooming a 14-year-old girl to be his “sex pet”. In April, Dallas police confirmed they were investigating allegations that Kelly gave a woman an STD and plied her with drugs and alcohol when she was 19. He has denied all allegations of sexual misconduct.

While Kelly has released statements in the past to address the allegations, he has remained pretty quiet when it comes to addressing the controversy in his life head on. That it is until now. Dropping a new 19-minute track titled "I Admit," R. Kelly thanks his fans for their support but also touches on a variety of controversial topics inclduing his relationship with Aaliyah, Spotify removing his music from popular playslists, his financial issues, as well as the numerous sexual misconduct allegations against him.
