MOBO Trust and Help Musicians are proud to present MOBO Help Musicians Amplified — a bold new initiative designed to support and elevate musicians creating music of Black origin across the UK.
If you’re a producer, DJ or musician crafting or performing music of Black origin but lack the resources to pursue a career-defining opportunity, this support could be for you.
MOBO Help Musicians Amplified is a 12-month career accelerator programme offering funding, expert 1-to-1 business advice, and exclusive industry access — helping artists move forward with clarity and confidence in today’s fast-evolving music landscape.
Whether you’re self-releasing, working independently, or preparing for your next big move, this programme is designed to amplify your journey.
This support is open to musicians looking to take the next step or grow their careers — particularly those working within one or more of the following genres:
Hip-Hop
Grime
Drill
R&B/Soul
African Music
Electronic/Dance Music
Gospel
Jazz
Caribbean Music
Alternative Music

With MOBO Help Musicians Amplified, we’re not just investing in talent — we’re helping to build a long-term infrastructure where music rooted in Black culture can thrive.
This new programme builds on years of successful partnership between MOBO and Help Musicians. Since 2016, we’ve invested nearly £1 million in funding, mentorship and development support — helping artists turn ambition into action.
